Chilewich's signature looped Shag mat — tufted TerraStrand yarn over a no-slip vinyl backing — in a bright, doormat-as-bouquet Canary yellow. The looped surface traps water and dirt at the door so the floor underneath stays dry; the whole thing is hose-rinsable for when New York happens to it. Soft underfoot when you're padding around in socks; sturdy enough for the eternal mudroom traffic.
From Chilewich, the New York textile studio that prints, weaves, and tufts in Georgia, USA.
